Throughout the past few years I have found myself traveling with a lady who loves hot chocolate. This is cool and all, but, personally I am a scotch drinker. So, when the request came to have a hot beverage with booze in it, the 8 years of bartending experience led me to attempt the mixture of scotch and hot chocolate. The result: The Hot Tub. A not-too-sweet combination that made the girl smile and get a little tipsy.
